2024 is opening up new horizons and possibilities for us. With over 40 years at the helm, John is selectively choosing one or two projects he annually focuses on. Vivian, who has been the other half of this business for the past 18 years, is stepping forward with creative direction of how we can take years of professional and industry experiences and apply it in new ways. We are hoping to assist in responding to the changing ways the architectural field and development industry are moving into, with the advancement of new technologies.
Since 2021, we have been focused in-house at developing small community development projects that address specific needs of the housing spectrum. From temporary flex housing for newcomers, to co-living, age-in place shared homes, to lodge style accommodation for seasonal workers, we look forward to continuing to put our focus on small scale solutions that are community driven, attainable financially for many and respond to the ever growing needs of the people who live in the communities we design for.
It's a challenging environment out there. Yet, after all these years we know, to every social issue, there is a design solution, for every human concern, there is a possibility to come together to find on the ground, workable solutions. It is time to roll up the sleeves, and find ways to design and build solutions for the many. We are grateful for leaders who are showing the way.
